From a cluttered, awkward layout to a bright, open-plan living space – this Barnsley kitchen transformation has given our clients the heart of the home they’d always wanted.  The original kitchen presented a challenge with its disjointed layout, incorporating an old coal shed with a significantly lower ceiling height.  The clients, a busy family in Barnsley, craved a more functional and stylish space for cooking, dining, and entertaining.   

Our design cleverly integrated the old coal shed area, turning it into a hidden laundry section and incorporating a false panel to conceal structural pillars, creating a seamless flow into the extension.  The Leicht handleless cabinets offer a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, their clean lines enhancing the sense of space.  The Silestone worktops provide a luxurious and durable surface, perfect for the demands of a family kitchen.   

Throughout the design process, the client's vision was central, with their needs and preferences carefully integrated using our ArtiCAD software.  This ensured a truly bespoke solution, maximising storage and creating distinct zones for cooking, dining, and laundry.  The kitchen also features integrated Neff appliances, chosen for their functionality and modern design, complementing the overall aesthetic.  Expert installation by our trusted team ensured a flawless finish and meticulous attention to detail.   

The result is a light-filled and inviting space, where the family can cook, dine, and relax together.  The cool grey tones of the island unit, paired with the crisp white cabinets, create a modern yet calming atmosphere. Natural light floods the room, highlighting the clean lines and creating an airy feel.
